Joining our auxiliary is simple. Fill out the
application form and send it to the hospital or give it to an active hospital auxiliary
member. Auxiliary meets on the third Monday of every month at the hospital,
and you are always welcome.

Volunteer... it does your heart and your community good!
Auxiliary volunteers come from all walks of like. They choose to serve for a variety of reasons:
- Sharing talents
- A sense of well being
- Ability to help those in need
- Being part of a positive group
- Meet and make new friends
- A feeling of accomplishment
According to the American Red Cross volunteering can have some of the same benefits as a good physical workout - by boosting endorphin levels. Endorphins are naturally occuring brain chemicals that relieve pain, lower stress and lower blood pressure.
The Franklin Hospital Auxiliary is volunteer organization - whose mission is to provide aid and comfort to the patients of Franklin Hospital. Additionally, the auxiliary raises money to purchase medical equipment and to fund a yearly health care scholarship for a Franklin County student.
The Franklin Hospital Auxiliary staffs the patient information desk, maintains the gift center and hosts variety of community events including a golf scramble and an annual benefit dinner dance.
