Need help with your hospital bill?
You may be eligible for financial assistance under the terms & conditions this hospital offers to qualified patients.
Franklin Hospital provides care and treatment to patients regardless of race, color, creed, sex, national origin, ancestry or the ability to pay. While we provide care to all regardless of their ability to pay for our services, we realize that some patients may need assistance as they work to take responsibility for their hospital bills.
At some point during your hospital stay, or after your discharge, if you were treated as an outpatient, a member of our financial assistance team will talk with you about your financial status. This person may be from the business office, a social worker, a member of the admitting staff or a financial counselor. It is their job to help you understand your hospital bill, your insurance coverage, your eligibility for certain federal medical programs or your need for financial assistance. Please feel free to ask questions so that you fully understand your hospital bill.
