Family Healthcare Clinic
MID-LEVEL PROVIDER - CLINIC
Requirements: Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice in a Walk-in/Appointment style clinic. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts; working at times with other Mid-levels land physicians; competitive salary and incentive options along with hospital benefits. Must have basic computer skills, experience with electronic health record and excellent patient/customer service skills. Positions Available: 1 Full Time Position
RN - MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNIT, SURGERY & SPECIAL PROCEDURES
Current State of Illinois License, BLS. ACLS and PALS certification for Emergency Department. 2-3 years of prior clinical experience required. Must have basic computer skills, great customer service and communication skills.
Positions Available: PRN Position
Hours: 7:00 am -7:00pm and 7:00pm to 7:00am Varied with week-ends and holidays as needed
CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE - MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNIT
Requirements: Certification from an accredited Certified Nurse Aide Program and listed in the Healthcare Workers Registry. Must have 2-3 years prior clinical experience. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work as a team and must possess great communication and customer service skills. BLS certification required.
Positions Available: Full Time Temporary
Hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Varied days with every other week-end
Senior Care Program
UNIT CLERK - SENIOR CARE
Requirements: Must have 2-3 years prior clinical experience. C.N.A. preferred. Able to complete order entry and learn hospital computer system. Good organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work as a team and must possess great communication and customer service skills. Unit clerk is responsible for admissions order entry and paperwork, coordinating transportations of patient to program, coordination of office supplies and patient meals, and assisting nursing with morning checks.
Positions Available: 1 – Part time
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday. No weekends or holidays
