Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for Director of Family Healthcare Clinics. Position is responsible for leading, planning, implementation, compliance and overseeing all aspects and employees of the Walk-in, 3d Floor, West Frankfort, and Christopher Healthcare Clinics and applicable Specialty Clinics. Full-time, professional, exempt position. Salary Range is $80,000 to 90,000 annually.
Qualifications
Position requires Bachelor’s degree and clinical certification in a relevant field. Also requires at least five years clinical management and supervisory experience, along with strong communication, leadership, organizational, teamwork, and computer skills. Previous family health care clinic management experience and experience with compliance management is preferred.
