Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for Full-time Patient Registration Clerk. Position responsible for completing the Hospital registration process accurately, working closely with other Hospital departments throughout the registration process, and providing excellent customer service. Position will include rotating weekend hours, and some holidays are required. Bargaining unit position. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour.
Qualifications
Position requires high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong attention to detail, customer service, communication, teamwork and organizational skills. Also requires basic computer skills, with the willingness and ability to learn the Hospital registration system. Medical terminology knowledge and prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
