Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for Restorative CNA. Position is responsible for performing assigned restorative nursing interventions designed to help patients maintain or improve mobility, function, self-care, activities of daily living, and independence. The position primarily supports Med/Surg and Transitional Care/Swing Bed patients and works under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff. Position will also perform regular CNA duties as assigned. Full-time position, eligible for benefits. M-F days, with hours TBD. Pay range is $17.00 to 18.00 per hour. Bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Position requires state of IL certification as CNA, BLS certification, and previous CNA experience, along with strong communication and teamwork skills and attention to detail. Previous experience with rehabilitation, swing bed, long-term care, med/surg, or restorative nursing preferred.
