DIRECTOR OF QUALITY/RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for a Director of Quality/Risk Management Specialist. Position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the Hospital Quality program and for assisting with Risk Management functions. Full-time, professional, exempt position. Eligible for fringe benefits.
Qualifications
Position requires a current State of Illinois RN license OR a Bachelor’s degree in a Quality-related field, two years’ experience in hospital quality or a related field, along with strong organizational, leadership, oral and written communication, human relations, teamwork, and analytical skills. Also requires strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and ability to learn other software to support position functions.
