Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for a Full-time House Supervisor in the Emergency Department. Position is responsible for overseeing Emergency department operations and overseeing and providing nursing care during assigned shifts. Duties include staffing coordination, patient flow, and bed placement. Position also serves as a resource and leader for nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and will assist in other hospital operations as needed. Regular hours are M to F, 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period, with some weekends and holidays as needed. Pay Range is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Qualifications
Position requires five years hospital nursing experience, including House Supervisor and ED experience, and a current State of Illinois RN license, along with BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. Position also requires strong supervisory, customer service, communication, organizational, teamwork, and computer skills.
